Convicted killer moves into Hawaii apartment

The day after he was released from an Illinois prison, convicted murderer Justin Boulay moved into a mid-rise apartment building in Hawaii.

Boulay killed his ex-girlfriend Andrea Faye Will in 1998. He was sentenced to 24 years, but spent only 12 of them behind bars due to a state law that gave him a day off for every day of good behavior. That law has since changed.

The 33-year-old married a woman while behind bars. She picked him up from prison on Tuesday and the two moved to Hawaii, where she is a college professor.

Their apartment is on a private road with 24 hour security.
