Lesae Atkins, 15, went missing from the 6800-block of South Evans and resides in the 5200-block of South Paulina.
Atkins goes by the nicknames Le-Le or WuBa. She is described as 5'2", 125 lbs., with brown hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion.
Atkins also has a tattoo reading "Lesae" on her lower back and a scar on her right forearm. Anyone with information should call 911 or Chicago police.
