There is new evidence cell phones may affect children's behavior before they are born.

Researchers at UCLA found children whose mothers used cell phones a lot while pregnant were more likely to have behavior problems than those with less exposure.

The study examined 28,000 children.

Scientists say there is still not enough data to show how cell phone's affect behavior.

The study is published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health.
