The owner of a Chicagoland commercial real estate firm has come forward to help a Chicago charitable organization to collect toys for children.

ABC7 first reported the story last week. It involved a burned out van used by Kidz Korna, a charity that helps at-risk children year-round.

Vandals destroyed the van last week.

The real estate firm owner is providing three or four vans filled with toys, which will arrive in time for Christmas.
