Durbin introduces Prepaid Card Consumer Protection Act

On Friday, Illinois Senator Dick Durbin joined the Consumers Union to introduce legislation for the "Prepaid Card Consumer Protection Act". It's designed to limit hidden fees associated with many pre-paid debit cards.
