S. Side vigil held after NIU student's death

December 21, 2010 (CHICAGO) Northern Illinois University student Marcus Miller, 18, was killed over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The rally was organized by the Roseland and Southwest CeaseFire organizations.

They are hoping someone comes forward to help in the investigation.

Late last month, Miller wanted to visit friends, so his father dropped him off in the Marquette Park neighborhood. Miller was shot and killed 20 minutes later.

Police have no motive, and no one has been arrested.
