Garlic Chicken and Vegetable Pouches

Ingredients
12 Tbsp. (180mL) Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb Marinade
4 4 oz (115g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 small zucchini, sliced into 1/2 inch (1.25cm) slices
1 red pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch (1.25cm) squares
1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2" (1.25cm) squares
4 12x18" (30x45cm) pieces heavy duty foil or parchment paper

Directions

1. Arrange one chicken breast in the middle of each piece of foil or parchment paper; place 1/4 of the vegetables on top of each chicken breast.

2. Bring sides of pouch up around chicken and add 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb Marinade to each, making sure to coat chicken and vegetables. Wrap pouch loosely around mixture and seal edges carefully with double fold.

3. Cook pouches in preheated 400ºF oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
