It happened just before midnight on the 5900-block of West Thomas Street.
The victims were at a birthday party in a third floor apartment.
Devin Dyer, 18, was killed. The teen celebrating her birthday was critically wounded.
Two 21-year-olds, including a known gang member, were also shot but the teen who was killed had no known affiliations.
