Seven people- including a 1-day-old baby- were critically injured in an early morning car crash on the city's Near West Side.

Police say an SUV was headed the wrong way down a one-way street when it collided head-on with another SUV in the 1800-block of West Warren Boulevard, which is near the United Center. All seven victims -including the newborn - are hospitalized in critical condition.

A 21-year-old male from Massachusetts was cited for wrong-way driving on a one-way street, police said.
