If you observe meatless Fridays for lent, you can use this opportunity to experiment with different seafood dishes.

1lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1T Giangrandi Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1tsp Chef Julius Salt Blend
1tsp Chef Julius Pepper Blend
1/2 tsp Red Monkey Paprika
2Tb minced shallots
1tsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup Nature Isles Tropical Gourmet Mango Pepper Sauce
1 pinch red pepper flakes


Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and paprika.

Place saute pan on medium-high heat for 2min. Add olive oil, heat for 1min more and then add the butter.

After the butter, add the shallots to the pan. Lower the heat to medium.

Add the shrimp and sauté for 3min. Next add the Mango Pepper Sauce. Be sure to use a wooden spoon to stir it.

After a total of 5-7min, remove shrimp and pour the pan sauce over the top. Sprinkle with red chili flakes and ENJOY!!
