An autopsy determined Tyree's death was an accident, the result of an air embolism and dialysis catheter removal. But a secondary cause was listed as pneumonia and stomach cancer.
Visitation will begin at noon at Old St. Patrick's Church in the West Loop. A funeral Mass will be held Monday evening.
