Sarah Goenne, 61, was in a wheelchair when she fell into DuSable Harbor Friday night. She spent nearly a week in a coma before dying Wednesday night.
A man who was wheeling her also ended up in the water. Firefighters and members of the police marine unit eventually pulled them both out.
The man, who has not been identified, is expected to recover.
