5 being questioned in Evanston McDonald's shooting

A teenager was wounded during a shooting inside a McDonald's in Evanston on Friday afternoon.

The restaurant is blocks from Evanston High School, and the shooting happened around 4 p.m., just after school let out for the day.

The victim was shot in the abdomen and taken to Evanston Hospital.

He's listed in stable condition.

Five people are being questioned, and Evanston police are reviewing surveillance tape from inside the restaurant.

The gun used in the shooting was recovered from a nearby yard.
