Council OKs plan to redevelop Lincoln Park hospital site

The full Chicago City Council approved a controversial plan to redevelop the former Lincoln Park Hospital sight on Wednesday.

The plan includes condos, offices, and a fresh market grocery store.

A neighborhood group had fought the plan saying the intersection at Webster and Lincoln was already too congested.
