The Chicago Housing Authority's chief executive officer has resigned amid questions about his use of a city credit card.

Lewis Jordan's last day at the CHA will be June 30, 2011.

He was appointed in 2007 by former Chicago mayor Richard M. Daley.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel had ordered a review of Jordan's use of the credit card after reports that it had been used for meals, flowers and gift cards for employees.
