Consiglio worked in Carol Stream. His Illinois license was suspended.
Consiglio is now opening a medical practice in Florida under a restricted medical license in that state.
He asked the judge to seal his records, citing that at the time of his guilty plea Illinois law allowed misdemeanor battery convictions to be sealed from the view. The judge declined, citing it was a crime was both violent and sexual in nature.
