Police say Hinton encountered 61-year-old John Costulas on Howard Street on September 2nd. According to investigators, Hinton attacked Costulas without provocation, striking him in the head and causing him to fall to the ground. Hinton then allegedly took $10 dollars from Costulas' pocket.
Costulas died from his injuries over the weekend.
