Solorzano was shot and killed leaving a liquor store in suburban Summit last May.
Schoen is being held on unrelated parole violations. His arrest comes two months after Matthew LaMotte, 26, was also charged for his role in the murder. He is being held on a $1-million bond. Investigators say both are known gang members.
