Chopper 7HD was over the scene in the 2600-block of West Wilcox at about 6 p.m. Firefighters say flames erupted about a half-hour ago.
There are reports of people being trapped in the building.Witnesses tell ABC7 that at least two people have been taken out in stretchers.
