A Chicago man proposed to his girlfriend in the same place he met her: on a Delta flight. Arvin Shandiz popped the question in front of his fellow passengers on a flight Friday from Chicago to New York. He met his now fiancee Alexandra Williams nearly two years ago while they were both flying from New York to Chicago.
Shandiz said as he proposed that when he met Williams he knew he never wanted to spend a second without her.
