Police believe the vehicle in the photo is a blue Mitsubishi eclipse with a spoiler on the back.
They say the car struck a six-year-old child who was crossing the street on Sunday afternoon, October 2nd in the 2800-block of W. 59th Street.
The child was seriously hurt.
Officers say the vehicle took off west on 59th then south on California. If you know anything, call police.
