It's lights out for red-light cameras in Naperville.Council members voted Tuesday night to end the red-light camera contract early. Cameras will be removed from three Naperville intersections in January.
The termination of the contract will cost the city $261,000 in revenue in the current and next fiscal years.
Naperville's city manager says that will cause the projected budget deficit to grow.
