Mondo Guerra from "Project Runway" fame announced publically that he is HIV positive on the show last year and is now doing the opening remarks alongside David Furnish (Elton Johns' partner). USCA is the largest HIV gathering in the country.
Guerra and Jack Mackenroth ares behind Living Positive by Design (livingpostivebydesign.com), an organization dedicated to educating people about HIV and AIDS.
