Jeniyah Dickens disappeared after her babysitter gave 17-year-old Diamond Oliver permission to take the girl to a restaurant.
They left from the girl's home in the 500-block of S. Central Avenue but did not return.
Thursday morning, the 4-year-old girl was found unharmed in the 5000- block of W. Congress.
"It was a relief when they said they had her," said mother Jennifer Posey. "I'm just glad she home."
Police are now questioning the teenager
So far no charges have been filed.
