South Side blaze injures firefighter

A Chicago firefighter is recovering from minor injuries after a fire in a South Side building.

The fire broke out just after 11 p.m. Tuesday in a large commercial building in the 6200-block of South Oakley.

When crews arrived, flames were shooting from the roof.

The firefighter suffered smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire is not known.
