According to police, on November 4 in the 2000 block of N. Larrabee, the suspect approached the girls, who are 13, and dropped his pants, exposing his genitals. One of the victims said the same man had exposed himself to her under similar circumstances in August, police said.
Police say another victim reported that a similar incident occured at 2077 N. Lincoln Ave on November 8.
The offender is described as a male white or white Hispanic, 25 to 35 years of age, 5'06" to 5'09", 130 to 180 lbs, medium complexion with short black hair. On two occasions the offender was wearing a red baseball cap and jeans. After one of the incidents, the victim said he fled on a red motorbike.
