Buildings near the gas leak at 4530 N. Broadway were evacuated by the Chicago Fire Department. The CTA stopped Red and Purple line trains between Sheridan and Wilson while the scene was secured around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Passengers were bused between the two stations temporarily.
