Violent video games change brain function in young men

A new study finds young men who don't normally play a lot of video games and are exposed to violent video games may have some changes occur in their brain function.

But it is not clear what those changes actually mean.

Scientists say an area of the brain that controls emotion is decreased after playing these games.

The findings were presented Monday at the Radiological Society of North America's annual meeting this week in Chicago.
