The family of a University of Chicago grad student who died after a road rage incident is frustrated that the driver has not been arrested or turned herself in.

"Please help us bring some closure by finding the offender," Toni Bedi said Wednesday night.

Back in August in Washington Park, a driver began following the car driven by Mandeep Bedi's wife. The driver was apparently angry after they merged into traffic.

When the Bedis pulled over and got out, the woman ran them down. Both were injured. Mandeep Bedi died of head injuries.
