Software glitch causes I-PASS problems

Some customers may see multiple charges and refunds to their credit or debit cards. I-Pass officials say the problem occurred between midnight and 8 a.m. and has since been resolved.

A spokesperson says the Tollway Authority is alerting the 4500 customers who were affected. The agency will also work to ensure that all accounts are properly refunded.
