A deadline looms for the families of those killed in the Indiana State Fair stage collapse.

Seven people died on August 13 when the stage collapsed during a freak wind storm.

State officials say signed settlement acceptance documents must be received by midnight.

There's $5 million available. The families of the dead are eligible for at least $300,000 each. The rest of the money would be split among the 58 injured people.
