A Joliet man is accused of texting naked photos of himself to a 15-year-boy and trying to arrange a meeting for sex. Thirty-four-year-old Shawn Anthony Silakowski faces several charges, including solicitation of a minor.
Suburban Manhattan police took over the boy's phone number during an undercover investigation.
Police in Lockport and Romeoville are also investigating Silakowski for similar activity.
