'Flashion' show makes own runway at Navy Pier

Katelyn Pankoke created her own runway in order to showcase her "Elaya Vaughn" fashion collection. She's calling the event a "flashion show."

Pankoke is encouraging other young designers to stage their own "flashion shows" in public places.
