Recipe from Tim Laird , "That's Entertaining."
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 ounces Southern Comfort
- 4 cups raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- Kosher salt
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
In a small pan, melt the butter and brown sugar. Add the Southern Comfort Pepper and heat to combine. In a bowl with the nuts, add the glaze and toss. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Kosher salt to taste. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 4 cups
