Starting next year, Indiana plates will feature larger letters and numbers in front of a red, white, and blue background. he larger print makes it easier for police officers to read.
Another change will allow motorists to choose a second Medal of Honor design.
The plate is a tribute to former Army Sergeant Sam Davis, the state's only living Medal of Honor recipient.
