Bond is set at a half-million dollars for an Aurora man accused of killing his girlfriend.

Delbert Cooper, 31, is charged with first-degree murder and concealment of a homicidal death.

Police say they went to the home Cooper shared with his girlfriend Rennee Perry on Wednesday for a well-being check.

They found her unconscious and suffering from stab wounds. She later died. An autopsy determined she had also been strangled.
