Sandra Hurn and Stephanie Murry are charged with forgery, attempted theft and perjury.
Hurn was also charged with theft. Authorities say they each submitted claims totaling more than $22,000.
Both women allegedly submitted falsified hospital records detailing injuries they claimed to have suffered at the stage collapse.
Neither woman is believed to have attended the concert.
