According to the Forsee e-retail satisfaction index, Netflix saw the biggest decline in customer satisfaction this year. A result of the company's decision to raise prices and split its DVD and video-streaming services.
Surplus merchandise retailer Overstock.com came in last, while Amazon.com was ranked as the best website for customer satisfaction.
