Dark Kahlua Hot Chocolate

2 qts Heavy Cream
1 qt Half and Half
1 cup Kahlua
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tblsp Vanilla Extract
4 oz Sugar
2 lbs Felchlin Dark Chocolate Chunks

1. Heat heavy cream, half and half, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and Kahlua until hot.
2. Add chocolate, and stir until melted.
3. Blend with a hand blender, and pass through a chinois.
