A suburban insurance agent, whose parents were aboard the Costa Concordia cruise ship, is in Italy.

John Heil and his sister arrived on the island of Giglio Monday from the mainland for another day of searching. Their parents, Jerry and Barbara Heil, are from Minnesota. They are among the 17 people still unaccounted for.

The Heil children have met with cruise ship company executives, including the CEO.

John Heil runs an insurance agency in Mount Prospect.
