Memory problems could be linked to poor sleep

People who have a hard time sleeping may be at a higher risk of developing memory problems.

Researchers at Washington University are not sure what the exact link is between poor sleeping habits and Alzheimer's disease but investigators are interested in discovering whether manipulating a person's sleep habits could slow the progression of Alzheimer's.

This research will be presented at the American Academy of Neurology meeting in April.
