Most schools were closed on out this Presidents' Day, but some children got a chance to time learn more about the White House and the first families who lived there.

The Chicago History Museum held a special event Monday for children. They heard stories about first children in the White House through performances, music and crafts.

Children got to meet people dressed as President Abraham Lincoln and his wife Mary Todd Lincoln.
