No bail for man accused of shooting cop

A man accused of shooting a Chicago police officer wass ordered held without bond Sunday.

Andre Miles, 33, is charged with attempted first degree murder as well as aggravated battery and discharge of a firearm.

He is accused of shooting an officer Friday afternoon on the 100-block of West 103rd Place.

The officer was hit once in his bulletproof vest and once in the leg.

His injuries are not life-threatening.

A 16-year-old was also charged with aggravated battery to a police officer.
