Police: Stolen GPS used to track Radio Shack robbery suspect

April 9, 2012 (CHICAGO)

Raymond Jefferson is charged with armed robbery and aggravated kidnapping.

Prosecutors say Jefferson tied up people who were at the store in the 2300-block of West 95th Street, threatened them with a gun, stole some gear and took off Friday night.

Officers caught up with Jefferson about two hours later. Police found him by tracking stolen GPS equipment that Jefferson had in his possession.
