Chicago firefighters and police teamed up to shoot hoops and help the daughter of a fallen officer.

The CPD versus CFD tournament tipped off this morning at the James Jordan Boys and Girls Club on the West Side.

The benefit is in honor of officer Clifton Lewis.

The eight-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department was killed last December while he worked an extra job as security for a West Side convenience store.

All money raised today is going into a trust fund for Lewis's 12-year-old daughter.
