The company that makes four cancer drugs has issued a recall because of particles embedded in the glass container of the drugs.

Hospira, Inc. issued a nationwide recall on four of its injectable cancer drugs. They include Carboplatin, Cytarabine, Paclitaxel, and Methotrexate.

There is concern injury could result if the solution were injected into a patient.

The company is blaming the supplier for the glass defect problem.
