Officers witness fatal shooting, fire at alleged offender

Police officers reportedly saw the offender fire gunshots at a 19-year old at 63rd and King Drive. The victim was shot on the back -- and pronounced dead at an area hospital.

The gunman fled the scene, but was later arrested by police.
