Martin Ybarra, 41, was last seen on August 19 in the vicinity of 10701 South Avenue E where he told his family he was having car trouble, police said. His car was located there that same day but Ybarra has not contacted his family.
Ybarra has a shaved head and was wearing a Navy colored U.S. Post Office t-Shirt, tan shorts, and black sandals. According to authorities, he suffers from depression, has not taken his medication and may be disoriented.
