Identical twins Sarah and Elizabeth Spalding went missing after they left a bar near State and Division. They later became separated.
Sarah Spalding has contacted her family to say she is OK but Elizabeth remains missing.
The family has filed a missing person's report and says they are handing out flyers in the area where they were last seen.
Elizabeth and her sister were visiting Chicago from Saudi Arabia.
