Organizers will hold a "Halfway to the South Side Irish Parade" party next month to raise money.
The parade was a long time tradition in Chicago's Beverly neighborhood. But it was scrapped after a number of arrests back in 2009.
The parade returned this year as a more family-friendly event.
Next year's parade is scheduled for Sunday, March 10.
